SHIPPING POLICY:
Every XTNSN order is carefully inspected, sealed and shipped from our Texas facility. We
are not liable for lost or stolen packages. U.S. shipping may take 5-7 business days. We only
ship Monday- Friday. All shipping fees will be a $20 flat shipping rate displayed at checkout.
Once your order is placed, we will not cancel or refund any pending orders.
RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. Allow 5-7 business days to process and ship your
order.
EXCHANGE UPON APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT
You may exchange for the same purchase price if contacted within 3 business days of
delivery. Hair must be in the original state, cannot be altered and must be returned in
original packaging. There is a $20 restocking fee for ALL exchanges. Return shipping must
be paid by the customer. We must receive your order first before the new shipment is sent back to the customer.
